    Chena Hot Springs Resort

    Depart at around 17:30, drive to Chena Hot Springs Resort, arrive at around 18:30.
    Our tour guide will give you a tour of the Resort, and redeem the ticket for you. You can arrange your own time to take a hot spring bath or visit the Aurora Ice Museum. At the Aurora Ice Museum, you can also choose to taste Apple Martini at your own expense ($15/cup, you must be 21 years old or older to purchase, please show a valid ID when you purchase).
    note:Apple Martini is not recommended if you are going to have a spa experience later.

Special Notes

  • 1. Please prepare your swimming suit and quarters for the locker, and slippers if need.
  • 2. Please note your swim time if you have cardiovascular disease.
  • 3. Guests under 18 years old are NOT allowed in the outdoor pool.
  • 4. No signal is received at the Resort. You can purchase the WIFI service at the front desk or the Activities Center.
  • 5. When the aurora is out, please do not use flash, headlights, flashlights, etc., so as not to affect other people's aurora viewing and photographing.
  • 6. Please follow the instruction of our staff and stay in the designated area, and DO NOT disturb the guests staying in the Chena Hot Springs; It is strictly forbidden to enter the accommodation area without permission.
  • 7. Please help the driver to keep clean for our shuttle, take your personal trash after you leave.
  • 8. NO smoking in the shuttle.
  • 9. The Aurora Borealis is a natural phenomenon. There is no way for us to guarantee that you will see the Aurora. We will try our best to provide premier locations for viewing where the Aurora should come out. Please check weather and Aurora reports before booking your tour. If the Aurora does not appear, your money will not be refunded.
  • 10. Please print and carry this E-Voucher along with a valid photo identification (Passport, State ID, Drivers License).
  • 11. The time in itinerary is only for reference, which may vary based on the actual situation.
  • Reminder
  • 1. Globerouter cooperates with top local tour operators and so that the best quality of services to all travelers.
  • 2. The sequence of itineraries is subject to change without prior notice according to departure date, weather, traffic, etc.
  • 3. In case of attraction closures (due to holidays or construction, etc.), the tour guide may make some necessary changes to the itinerary.
  • 4. In case of extreme weather condition, war, strike and other force majeure events, local operator reserves the right to change the itinerary and all costs are not refundable.
  • 5. In case of guests voluntarily giving up the tour because of personal reasons, all costs including hotels, transportation etc. is not refundable.

  • 7. National Park Pass / City Pass / Entry Tickets / Annual or Season Passes / Senior Pass (or) any admission tickets to attractions purchased on your own are not allowed on this tour. All mandatory / optional tour services, have to be purchased as instructed in the exclusions section.
  • 8. Please the safety of your luggage always, especially in public areas. The tour operator or the tour guide can not be held responsible for any loss of personal belongings.
  • 9. You will be refunded if cancel due to extremely weather;
  • 10. Please DO NOT enter accommodation area without the invitation;
  • 11. Please be on time, there is no refund due to personal reason missing the shuttle;
  • 12. The driver has right to change the speed depending on the real road condition, which may be earlier or later than the schedule.

  • 1.Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a Receipt of Reservation via email.
  • 2. Within one to two business days of submitting your reservation you will receive a confirmation email from us. If you need to book an airline ticket, we recommend that you do so after you receive a confirmation of your tour reservation from us.
  • 3. An E-Ticket will be sent to you via email as soon as details of your reservation are confirmed or your supporting information is received by us. We will provide you with all detailed information about your tour on the E-Ticket. Contact information for local tour provider will be included on E-Ticket for your convenience or re-confirmation purpose if re-confirmation is required.
  • 4. Simply print your E-Ticket and present it with your valid photo ID on the day of your activity to your tour guide. Please remember E-Ticket is your proof of purchase.
